Netfloor ZoneEx (Zone Power Extension) ZE400 series is a modularized power distribution system which provides instant connection and extension power from the building electric panel, to workstation and end user electricity facilities. The system features faster and easier connection, and offers higher safety level and efficiency because it has effectively eliminated job site cutting, sheath striping by the installers.

Concept and Fulfillment:

1. None job site cutting, no sheath striping.
2. No embedding: Cable distribution neither inside the walls, partitions, nor concrete slab.
3. No overhead (hiding over drop ceiling) cable distribution.

Applications: zonal power extension for

1. Service floor boxes.
2. Connecting onto workstations.
3. UFAD (Under-Floor Air Distribution) modules.

1. Modular: Each Zone Box contains 6 extension sockets, serving office space at zonal basis.
2. Time/labor saving, high level safety: No traditional job site installation, such as cutting cable to length, striping cable sheath, inserting cable to junction box, connecting individual wires, are needed.
3. Changeability: Modularized at highest changeability. Re-arrangement, re-location, upsizing or downsizing of power supply are proceeding at ground, at fast and minimum interference to normal operation at the working environment.

5. Accommodate all types of access floor systems such as conventional 600 X 600 mm module, 500 x 500 mm module, as well as all cable management floors with or without cable trenches.

   In the event of renovation and re-location, all ZoneEx systems including Zone Box, connection and extension cables are 100% re-usable.
